Abstract

Electronic information technology industry is one of the most important industries in the national economic system. It not only help to GDP and export but also greatly improve the state science and technology competition. In the current overcome of the influence of monetary and economic crisis, the industry is playing a very important role in the transition of the operation mode of the industry and the industrial structure, An appropriate key areas of the company is necessary, for decision makers put forward the policy to the manager of the company to enhance the achievement of business management to achieve goals.
