Abstract

Needs analysis on foreign language has been applied extensively in foreign language teaching, it also provides theoretical support in needs analysis on Chinese language of foreign students in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. This article states the theories and method of needs analysis in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. It analyzes the significance of carrying out needs analysis, we can use needs analysis to identify some problems to improve teaching Chinese effectively as a foreign language.
