Abstract

With the enhancement of the scientific and technological level, software is so widely adopted in each industry that the software industry develops very rapidly. Based on the analysis of software enterprise, this thesis introduces the mature management mode of software enterprise in detail, taking Yong You Company for example. Then it provides the software enterprise with the management modes which should be chosen at various stages of development. Although we have got certain progress, the software industry in our country starts relatively late and the general level is lower than that of the developed countries. Thus it is practical to study the management mode of the successful enterprise and to discuss the choice of the mode.
