Abstract
In this paper, a sports loading computer-aided system based on B/S model is proposed and realized in the paper. After the test of using the system in our university, the results manifest that the system could support coaches for scientific sports training better. With high development of information technology, the application of computer and information in the scientific sports training will become the new trend of sports training in the 21st century.
