Abstract
With the rapid development of IT, the Internet, as a new media, has a profound impact on all aspects of human life. The university is the forefront of IT development, and the network has become an important channel for college teachers and students to get access to knowledge and information. Thus it affects the outlook on the world, life and values of the college students. Network development and application is a two-edged double-edged sword, which not only brings positive development opportunities, but also poses a severe challenge. It is a problem that should be answered by every university administrator that how higher education management should deal with this new situation. In terms of university micro-blogging, it rises perhaps in response to this challenge.
