Abstract
Our enterprise especially logistics enterprise purchase cost to the profit level has important influence, discussed the composition of the purchase cost, and analyzes our country enterprise cost management of the existing problems and obstacles, to reduce the purchase cost way: well needs analysis, sure good suppliers, choose the appropriate purchase.
