Vasculitis is a rare disease associated with inflammatory response of vessel wall, with or without associated necrosis and granulomata. Systemic vasculitides have varied etiologies and pathogenic mechanisms, yet most have not been well defined. This chapter summarizes the clinical features, diagnostic approaches and treatment of mesenteric vascilitis.
