Abstract
The MitraClip is a complex interventional procedure that is primarily guided by transesophageal echocardiography. A successful procedure is dependent on efficient and precise communication between the primary operator and the echocardiologist. In this chapter, key components of a safe and efficient procedural echocardiogram are described.
