Abstract
This chapter reviews the different surgical approaches necessary to reconstruct the urinary tract, the rectum and the vagina at the time of the pelvic exenteration for recurrent gynecologic malignancies. Diverse ways of diverting the urine by means of continent and incontinent conduits as well as the indications for orthotopic reconstruction are discussed. Furthermore, regarding the colorectal reconstruction, indications, most frequent complications and some surgical details are studied. Finally, we analyze the role and techniques of constructing a neovagina after exenteration.
