Abstract

A 53-year-old uncircumcised male presented with a painless exophytic tumor on the glans penis, for duration of 6 months (Figs. 72.1 and 72.2). He had recurrent dysuria but no erectile dysfunction. There were no systemic symptoms and no lymphadenopathy.
