Abstract

A 39-year-old male presented with a wide spread follicular papules, showing remarkable confluence and resembling acanthosis nigricans (Figs. 66.1, 66.2, 66.3, 66.4, 66.5, 66.6 and 66.7). He also had extensive alopecia of the scalp, eyebrows, eyelashes and axillae (Figs. 66.8 and 66.9), hypohidrosis, and an annular plaque on the scalp (Fig. 66.10). There was no family history of significance. He had no associated medical condition, and no systemic symptoms.
