Abstract

A 5-year-old male presented with complete hair loss, since the age of 1-year-old (Figs. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4). He was born with normal hair. Started shedding of hair in the first year of life. Papular lesions started to develop on the elbows in the second year of life. Sweating was normal, and so were his nails, palms and soles. However, he had abnormal teeth. He had no history of delayed milestones and his family history was unremarkable.
