Abstract
A 16-year-old female presented with acute eruption of asymptomatic flat-topped papules preceded 2 weeks earlier by pharyngitis. The eruption was distributed on the hands, forearms and buttocks (Figs. 49.1 and 49.2) sparing the trunk (Fig. 49.3). There was no history of drug intake. The clinical examination revealed hepatomegaly.
