An Atypical Presentation of a Cutaneous Infection

A 42-year-old male presented with a large plaque on the neck, with focal areas of ulceration (Figs. 47.1 and 47.2). The lesion started as a small nodule that enlarged over duration of 6 months. The patient was working in Saudi Arabia, prior to the appearance of the lesion.
