Abstract

A 36-year-old male presented with multiple painful deep ulcers affecting left forearm, trunk and right thigh for 10 months (Figs. 46.1 and 46.2). Ulcers started as furuncle-like lesions. He also had infiltrated, slightly erythematous plaques and nodules on the face for 4 years (Fig. 46.3). There was a history of resent stay in Saudi Arabia, prior to the appearance of symptoms.
