Pyoderma Gangrenosum-Like Lesions

Abstract

A 65-year-old male presented with multiple asymptomatic nodules rapidly growing into large tumors and ulcerations involving the trunk (Fig. 39.1). He had no history of any medical illness. Examination revealed no lymphadenopathy and no hepatosplenomegaly.
