Abstract

A 17-year-old female presented with 7-month history of erythema and swelling of the upper left eyelid, associated with restriction of eyeball movement and diplopia (Fig. 35.1). The swelling was painless, with no discharge, and no fever. She had no medical illness and no history of ocular trauma or surgeries. Examination revealed a firm palpable mass in the superior-nasal quadrant of left eye.
