Diffuse Congenital Vascular Lesions Affecting One Limb with Reduced Limb Size

Abstract

A 45-year-old female presented with asymptomatic easily compressible vascular lesions, unilaterally distributed on the left lower limb (Figs. 28.1, 28.2, 28.3, and 28.4). There was engorgement on dependency and the affected limb was hypoplastic (not hypertrophic). Lesions had started to appear since birth.
