Pendulous Breasts with Reticulate, Vascular and Necrotic Plaques

Abstract

A 42-year-old female presented with large pendulous breasts. The breasts showed tender nodules with overlying reticulated, erythematous plaques and necrotic ulceration (Figs. 26.1 and 26.2). There was no relevant medical history of vaso-occlusive disorders or cardiovascular disease and she was a non-smoker.
