Abstract
A 48-year-old male (Figs. 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3) presented with recurrent bouts of non-itchy wheels with fever, chills, and malaise, lasting almost 24 h. Onset started during infancy. Examination revealed multiple large plaques showing hyperpigmentation, hypertrichosis, and induration. He has history of recurrent cellulitis, joint pain, and progressive hearing loss
