Abstract
This chapter takes the concept of the Change Readiness Assessment which the author introduced in the previous chapter and lays out the specific content of each step of the first 90 days of a CPOE engagement. The chapter also includes the specific content of the executive workshop. The author also presents how their team assesses the organizational culture and the tools they use in that process.
