Ulcer on the Hand of a 74 Year Old Woman

A 74 year old women presented to our office with a lesion on the hands (Fig. 3.1). She explained that this lesion has been present for approximately 4 months, and did not heal in response to antibiotics. Her past medical history includes rheumathoid arthritis.
