Abstract
A 60 year-old white male presents with a several year history of a rash on his nose and cheeks that comes and goes. It worsens when he is outside mowing the lawn. He is embarrassed because several of his neighbors and friends have asked whether he was intoxicated. He has tried over-the-counter acne medications and washes, but nothing has improved his condition. He also complains that these medications have made his face dry and irritated.
