Abstract
An 75 year old man presented with a slow-growing lesion usually on the top of his head (Fig. 16.1). He explained that the lesion bled after he tried to scrape it off. He also explained that it kept reoccuring in the same area, even after he attempted to remove it himself. He does not wear any hats and admits that the top of his head is often exposed to the sun without any protection.
