Abstract
The mortality from coronary heart disease is low in Greenland Eskimos compared to Western populations. 1,2 The fact that this difference also exists, though not to the extent found in Eskimos, in comparison with other populations with a habitually high intake of sea-food suggests that dietary habits are responsible for this finding.3,4
