Abstract
A hypertensive 54-year-old man with an infrarenal aortic occlusion and short-distance claudication underwent an aortobifemoral graft in 1988. Four years later, in June 1992, he presented with a right groin mass measuring about 3 cm. The mass was asymptomatic, nonpulsatile and nonadherent to the underlying layers.
