Abstract
In today’s information-driven and information-dependent organisations, trust and supply chains are key elements. In this chapter, the concept of trust will be explored, in particular within organisations, processes, and systems. In addition, the critical dependencies that now exist for most organisations using information systems to manage and coordinate a supply chain will be analysed and discussed.
