Abstract

The original title of this chapter was to have been “other organs”. I thought that this would be an ideal opportunity to track through the body, touching on selected, lesser known features of the syndrome. This approach will, I hope, allow me to focus on aspects of the syndrome which seem to me to be clinically relevant, but which, in some instances, have yet to be verified.
