Abstract
Vulvectomy may be simple or radical. The former may be total or partial depending on the extent of disease. The major indications for simple vulvectomy are extensive vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia, intractable pruritus vulvae, Paget’s disease or after failed medical treatment of vulval dystrophies.
