Abstract
Some symptoms, such as general weakness, poor appetite and weight loss, that patients experience when they have widespread cancer with soft tissue spread will also be present in patients who have bone metastases. In this chapter, however, the main focus will be on those symptoms more particularly caused by the bone involvement itself such as bone pain, poor mobility or anaemia, and the psychological support needed by such patients.
