Abstract
Penoscrotal trauma can be isolated or associated with major abdominopelvic injury. Management should be prompt and under specialist care to ensure a good functional and cosmetic outcome. Injuries can be classified as blunt, penetrating or gunshot. This chapter aims to describe the common presentations of trauma to the external male genitalia with a focus on the diagnostic and management pathways.
