ADRC Algorithm of Furnace Temperature Control System
Furnace temperature control is a typical process control system, whose dynamic characteristic is featuring inertia and delay, and associated with non-linearity. The furnace thermal state is very complex, coupled with frequent fluctuation of the technology parameters, which propose great difficulties on the establishment of furnace mathematical model. Although PID control is simple, stable and widely used in industrial control, it is difficult to achieve the performance requirements and set parameters. This paper applies more technologically advanced disturbance rejection control technique to solve the conflict between the rapidity and small overshoot of the furnace temperature control system. After comparing the response time, overshoot, static error and other property indices of the two controllers through simulation, this paper determines the optimal control scheme of furnace temperature control system, which has practical engineering significance in guiding the furnace temperature control.
