The Coordinator’s View
I first came into contact with Howard Rosenbrock’s FMS project when he applied for research funds to the SERC/ESRC Joint Committee for whom I acted as coordinator. Subsequently, I attended, informally, two meetings of his Steering Committee: I was then asked to join his Committee and attended most meetings, so that I was able to follow the project from start to finish.
