Abstract
Patients referred for the assessment of radiation disease of the urinary tract are those in whom the initial radiation reaction has subsided and urinary tract symptoms, with or without disorders of other pelvic organs, have appeared later (late disease). Rarely we see those in whom difficulties have arisen during treatment or in whom the initial reaction has never resolved (early disease).
