Abstract
Radiation urinary tract disease has been reported after the treatment of tumours arising from bladder, prostate, ovary, vagina, vulva, testicle, lymph nodes and the gastrointestinal tract. Most reports have been concerned with problems after radiotherapy for carcinoma cervix and indeed much of our own experience has been with patients treated for cervical cancer. The potentially affected organs are the lower ureters, bladder, bladder neck and urethra.
