Abstract
The most recent World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-95) of the International Telecommunication, Union, the ITU, was held in November, 1995 to consider several matters of importance to the development of mobile and personal satellite communications. These matters included:
-
technical constraints in bands allocated to the MSS below 3 GHz;
-
the date of entry into force of certain bands recently allocated to the MSS; and
-
allocations and regulations for MSS feeder links, including interference considerations.
