Abstract
In the age of more heterogeneous markets, more specific customer demands, complex technologies and reductions in product life cycle, Concurrent Simultaneous Engineering (CSE) has been recognised as a strategy for product development since the 1990’s. The idea of CSE is to develop high quality products and offer them at a lower price and in significantly shorter time to the competitive global market. However, practising CSE requires a wide range of approaches, methods and tools.
