Abstract
Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is perhaps the commonest inherited skeletal dysplasia. Since the basic defect is an abnormality of the collagen other tissues, including the teeth, skin, tendons, ligaments, fasciae and sclerae, may also be affected.
