Abstract

Some of the problems resulting from either faulty or misguided treatment have already been described and ways of treating them discussed. But there are two other problems which must be recognised because of the great difficulties which will inevitably result if they are not diagnosed at once. These are (1) fracture of the femur; and (2) extreme anteversion.
