Abstract

Current concepts concerning the neuropathology of Huntington’s chorea are briefly reviewed in this chapter. It is written for the practising clinician and readers requiring more detailed information are urged to consult the excellent reviews on this subject by Bruyn (1968, 1973; Bruyn et al. 1979), Dunlap (1927), Earle (1973), Hallervorden (1957), Klintworth (1973) and Forno and Norville (1979).
