Lesions of the Female Genital Tract

  • Chapter
The Histology of Borderline Cancer

Abstract

Borderline lesions are fully represented in the female genital tract. Mostly they form relatively well-recognised groups: the vulvar skin dystrophies; dysplasia, and in situ and microinvasive carcinoma of the cervix; the overgrowths of the endometrium and myometrium; the commoner neoplasms of ovary; and aberrancies of trophoblast.
