Abstract

The presentation had reviewed the state of the art of localisation of autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs). The presentation had in particular addressed the problems encountered when applying a combination of sensory information coming from different sensors in conjunction with Kalman filtering techniques applied to robot localisation and map building of the environment.
