DARIER disease or keratosis follicularis is an autosomal dominant dermatological disorder in which multiple brownish greasy papules are associated with brittle furrowed nails and lesions of the mucous membranes and cornea. Endocrine disturbance and diffuse pulmonary fibrosis are rare concomitants.
