Abstract

BLOCH-SULZBERGER syndrome or incontinentia pigmenti is characterised by a disturbance of skin pigmentation associated with lesions of the eyes, teeth, nails and skeleton. Pedigree data are suggestive of X-linked dominant inheritance with lethality in the male (see Sulzberger, p. 163).
