Abstract
JANSKY-BIELSCHOWSKY disease, or late infantile familial amaurotic idiocy, is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder, which leads to death by the end of the first decade. The condition differs from the other forms of amaurotic idiocy by virtue of the lack of fundal changes and the presence of significant cerebellar dysfunction.
