Abstract
Although the classification of T cell lymphomas in the REAL scheme is complex, there are sufficient data to warrant separating some of these disorders into separate entities, both because of their unique clinical presentations and because of the complications to which these patients often succumb. This is certainly also true of subcutaneous panniculitic cell lymphoma, or if one prefers, subcutaneous panniculitis-like T cell lymphoma [34.1].
