Abstract

Imaging techniques for pancreatic cancer have evolved on a broad front over the past decade but the improving ability to reliably answer a variety of questions in a single procedure has made computed tomography (CT) the examination of choice for staging and preoperative planning. This chapter describes the recent advances in CT and the role of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in pancreatic cancer.
