Abstract
It has been a long journey, but this is where we can pull all the logical threads together that have been spun out in the preceding pages. The following two sections of the chapter will take a look back through the book to highlight the main points that have been covered in the past 200 odd pages. The fourth section will address one of the more serious questions still unanswered by the system development industry — the question of system utility. And, as a grand finale, we shall then explore some of the more intriguing strategic possibilities that could be applied in some future evolution of system development.
