Abstract
Gnuplot is a command-driven interactive function-plotting program. It can be used to plot ordinary or user-defined mathematical functions and data points in both two- and three-dimensional space. The original software was developed by Thomas Williams and Colin Kelley. It is available over a number of platforms, such as Unix, Atari, VMS, MS-DOS and OS/2. It accommodates many of the needs of today’s scientists for graphic data representation.
