Abstract

Here we come to the single most important feature of the syndrome -at least in my view. Recurrent pregnancy loss and strokes are both major medical problems where the importance of aPL testing is becoming recognised. Not so in the case of memory loss. At the time of writing, there are few “cognitive” studies of Hughes’ syndrome patients - either before or after treatment.
